Who We Are

We're a mobile, holistic training company located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota dedicated to personal training that transforms lives, not just bodies.  We take time to get to know you - your body, your health, & your dreams.  Every session is as delightfully wacky & unique as you are.  From plyometrics & weightlifting for athletic performance to yoga & meditation for recovery & wellbeing, we're here to help you navigate the truly wonderful world of movement.  Personal training is meaningful when you love how you train, how you nurture your body through food, & how you relate to yourself as a force of good in this world.

Welcome!  We're honored to be the founders & owners of Oxygen Athletics LLC, a personal training company dedicated to helping you live your dreams in a healthy, happy body!  As crazy, fun-loving partners in life & training, we enjoy making wellness holistic, effective, & fun.  

Simply put, we adore what we do!  As personal trainers, yoga teachers, & wellness professionals, we're passionate about using the best researched training modalities through an inspired approach that combines effective training with a happy relation with food & self.  For many of our clients, as well as ourselves, choosing a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing, transformative decision.  It's about empowerment, living longer so that we can share in life's beautiful moments with those we love most, & having the courage to honor our craziest, most glorious dreams!  Whether you are interested in support for your internal health & weightloss goals or your adventurous dreams of racing your first 5k, doing a headstand, or being better prepared for that next rock climbing adventure, we're delighted to be by your side as professionals in the field of integrative, holistic training.

Our work revolves around one theme: TRAINING AS EMPOWERMENT.  We have expertise in working with clients training for long-term health & sustainable weightloss;  integrative strength training & conditioning for athletic performance; healing after obsessive exercise & eating disorders; as well as yoga & mind-body meditation for athletic preparation, injury prevention, & well-being.  Training is empowering when it is intelligent, soul-pumping, & undeniably you.  It's all about training holistically so you can live vibrantly in a way that fits your lifestyle & goals, not somebody else's!
